Join our Advance Care Planning course (delivered on-line) where we’ll show you how ACP translates into tangible benefits for patients facing life-limiting illnesses. We will equip you with the necessary communication skills to initiate and navigate conversations whilst cross-referencing with national policies and competencies.

Early and open discussions about end-of-life preferences contribute to improved patient satisfaction, reduced anxiety, and enhanced overall well-being.

• When and how to approach ACP conversations
• Active listening
• ACP documentation (including ReSPECT)
• Mental Capacity Act and Human Rights Act
