About the course

During this four hour workshop, you will develop techniques to use in your everyday life, to help you deal with the effects of stress. Develop ways in which you can reduce the impact that stress has on your life.
In particular, we will look at:
• Recognising what causes you stress and the symptoms of stress
• Dealing with the stress response
• The “stress management tool kit”
• Positive coping strategies
• Self esteem
