New Calendar and Card Collection Featuring Local Photographer
Start: Friday 18 October @ 2:00 pm
Location: Prospect Hospice,
Darren Bradley was a talented local photographer with a deep passion for the natural world. He spent countless hours capturing the beauty of the local landscape, flora, fauna, and insects, leaving behind a remarkable collection of images.
Darren was cared for by Prospect Hospice for the last three years of his life. As a thank you for the care he received, he graciously allowed the charity to use his photographs for this stunning project. These images serve as a lasting legacy of Darren’s talent and a reminder of the wonderful person he was.
Darren’s parents, Geraldine and Phillip said: “We all live in a world full of pressure and stress, busy racing around. Our dear son Darren, when talking about his photo’s, would always say: Just stand still, look and listen to what Mother Nature has given us.
If we all managed, just once a day to do this and feel the peace we could all feel so much better. It’s really important that Prospect gets as much publicity as possible, everyone who is so ill needs the comfort and assurance that Prospect is there for them when needed.”
Jeremy Lune CEO, Prospect Hospice says it’s an honour to be able to showcase Darren’s work: “We hope that this collection of Darren’s photographs will serve as a lasting tribute to his memory and a reminder of the importance of supporting local artists and the community.”
Please join Darren’s parents and Jeremy Lune Prospect Hospice CEO, as they unveil Darren’s art work on Friday 18 October at the Prospect Hospice, Wroughton.
No need to book, everyone welcome from 2pm.
