Prospect Hospice invites you to a one-day conference exploring spirituality in palliative and end of life care.

Join the hospice team and an expert panel of thought leaders to:

• Listen to a range of perspectives on spiritual care
• Consider how to harness the power of the individual and the local community to support end of life work locally
• Develop practical ways of encouraging and facilitating contemplation of spiritual matters for patients at end of life

Speakers to include:
