For more than 40 years, we’ve been a dedicated, non-hospital, end-of-life care service for patients and their loved ones - around the clock, every day of the year. Our mission is to ensure that anyone can access the best possible expert care whenever and wherever they need it – whether at the hospice or in their own home. As a charity, we only exist because of the generosity and support of our amazing local community.

We couldn’t do what we do without considerable support from our local community. Prospect Hospice is the leading provider of education and training for end-of-life care in Swindon and north Wiltshire. Working closely with you, our colleagues within partner organisations, we want to ensure that the very best care is available to everyone facing the end of life. This is why we provide education and development opportunities, all of which aim to encourage learning and build confidence in end of life care and support.
Making a gift to Prospect Hospice in the name of a loved one is a memorable and lasting way to celebrate their life. There are many ways to make a donation in memory of someone close to you. You can make a donation online or send your donation by post to Prospect Hospice, Moormead Road, Wroughton, Swindon, SN4 9BY.
Many people choose to hold a collection at a funeral or memorial service, or request family and friends to make a donation rather than buying flowers.
Your funeral director will usually be happy to arrange this for you, or we can provide you with collection envelopes, making it easy for family and friends to donate.

A tribute fund is a special fund which is created in someone’s memory, providing family and friends with a shared space. An area to celebrate the life of a loved one, creating a lasting tribute which supports the work of Prospect Hospice. This can include sharing memories through uploading videos, music clips and stories to lighting memorial candles or simply making a donation. To find out more click here.
