This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role, where your retail skills will help generate vital funds to support our work, both at the hospice and in the community.Hours: 30 hours per week (four days a week, which will include working weekends and some bank holidays)What will I be doing?Driving sales to maximise store income and profits by delivering exceptional retail standardsLeading guiding and inspiring a team of paid staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer serviceOversee the daily running of the shop including stock management, merchandising and ensuring compliance with trading standards and health and safety regulationsBuild relationships with donors, customers and the local community to maximise donations and grow the shops profileEnsuring high standards of display, presentation, and cleanliness are maintained throughout the shopMeeting gift aid conversion rates from people donating goods.About you:We are looking for people who share our values and are passionate about helping others.
