For more than 40 years, we’ve been a dedicated, non-hospital, end-of-life care service for patients and their loved ones - around the clock, every day of the year. Our mission is to ensure that anyone can access the best possible expert care whenever and wherever they need it – whether at the hospice or in their own home. How do I order from you?
You can complete the above enquiry form, email cateringorders@prospect-hospice.net or come and see the catering team at Prospect Hospice in Wroughton.
How much notice do you need?
A minimum of four days but as much as possible ideally.
Do you cater for allergies and intolerances?
Yes, we can offer gluten free on some options and we are here to help with allergies and intolerances. All the food comes labelled with allergies and ingredients.
How do I pay?
You can pay via bank transfer, card or cheque.
Where does the money go?
100% of profits made goes directly back into Prospect Hospice helping us to provide outstanding care and support to patients with terminal illnesses and their families.
How do I get my order?
You can come to Prospect Hospice in Wroughton to collect your food order between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday and between 10am and 2pm Saturday and Sunday.
Do you deliver?
We may be able to provide delivery. Please discuss this with us when you are enquiring.
What happens on the day of collection?
Come to the hospice’s reception on Moormead Road, Wroughton, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN4 9BY.
Can I collect in an evening or on a weekend?
Evening collections would need to be pre-arranged and weekend collection times are 10am to 2pm.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring your order form or email communication.
What does the order come in?
The order is prepared in food safe buffet boxes with a protective sleeve and label and from which the food can be served.
Do you provide a list of ingredients and allergens?
Yes, these will be written on the food labels.
Do I have to return any of the packaging and platters etc.?
No, the packaging is recyclable.
Can you personalise cakes?
No, but we can recommend someone who is excellent at cake personalisation.
How do I leave a review?
Following your event, we will email you a feedback form for you to complete or you can email: cateringorders@prospect-hospice.net.
How do I cancel an order I’ve already placed?
Please email our catering team cateringorders@prospect-hospice.net as soon as possible.
